Honestly, if you’re going to take on a responsibility be prepared to pull through. Don’t have everyone expecting you to handle, and then fall back. NEVER rely on others to take on your responsibility, because its yours. Yes, there will often be people that are willing to help out, but those people wont ALWAYS be there and then what? Just learn how to handle to the fullest or at least stick it out and pull through until the very end. If its yours to do, then do it. Ask for help if needed, but do not completely throw everything on somebody else. Unless it is necessary, don’t leave it to others to do something you are responsible for. PERIOD.
